All app data — including journal entries, mood logs, intentions, trusted contacts, coping plans, future letters, and settings — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage.
This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any cloud service operated by us.
If you use your device's built-in iCloud or Google backup, those services may include app storage as part of your device backup according to their own privacy policies.
with you uses the following third-party services only for app delivery and functionality — none of them receive your personal content:
Calming sounds are played on the device. No audio data is collected, transmitted, or analyzed.
No microphone access is requested or used.
with you is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
To delete all data stored by with you, simply uninstall the app. This permanently removes all locally stored content from your device.
Within the app, individual entries (journal entries, mood logs, letters, contacts, intentions) can be deleted from their respective screens at any time.
If we make any material changes to how data is handled in future versions of the app, we will update this page and the version date above.
This app has no analytics and no account system, so we cannot proactively notify you of changes. Please review this page after app updates.
